Missed/Late Cancellation Fees
You may be charged for missed or late-cancelled appointments.
When you schedule with us, we reserve a considerable block of time just for you. If you need to change it, please give us at least 7 days notice. You may be charged for missed appointments or rescheduling without sufficient notice.
Payment is expected in full at the time of service.
We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. For our clients wanting longer term payments, CareCredit is available.
At this time, we are out-of-network with all dental insurance. We are happy to file your insurance electronically on the day of service to assist in your reimbursement for most Dental PPO plans.
Please keep in mind that your benefits contract is between you and your provider. It’s up to you to know what your plan covers. We can’t guarantee that your insurer will pay for any given treatment.
